Today is a big day for Tiwa Savage. The Nigerian queen of music turns the big four-o – 40 years of age.
On such a big day you would think someone as close to her as Wizkid – someone who is always romancing her publicly – would take a few seconds out of his day to wish her.
But the Starboy has completely snubbed Tiwa.
Despite posting on twitter, Wizkid has completely forgotten about Tiwa. Other people who aren’t even that close to her have been wishing her left, right and centre.
It’s not clear what might have led to this. At the start of the year, the Oluwo of Iwoland declared his intention to marry Tiwa in Wizkid’s presence.
Remember, Tiwa has made it clear this year she’s ready for a serious relationship and Wiz perhaps is not ready.
A few days ago she also declared her love for Naira Marley – so obviously there has to be some trouble in paradise.
Wizkid might still wish her as the day is not gone, but most of these wishes come early for maximum impact.
